The Porto Polytechnic (P.PORTO) is the largest and the most dynamic Polytechnic in the country, occupying the first position in the ranking of the Polytechnic. In conjunction with major universities, P.PORTO is placed in the upper reaches of the ranking of National Higher Education. It includes eight schools, which are the link between the three Campuses, 30 research centers, more than 18,700 students, 59 undergraduate degrees and 72 masters’ degrees and cover different areas: Engineering, Accounting and Administration; Education; Music and Performing Arts; Media Arts and Desig; Hospitality and Tourism; Management and Technology, Health Sciences.

Greek Association of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders (Alzheimer Hellas) is a non-profit organization providing a wide range of services to people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families. Serving the local community since 1995, Alzheimer Hellas offers a safe and supportive environment for people with dementia and also for the caregivers. Currently it counts more than 5.000 members. Alzheimer Hellas aims to raise awareness to the community, fight stigma associated with neurodegenerative diseases, and control behavioral and affective disorders (caused by dementia) with nonpharmacological interventions

FACE is an outpatient specialized center and a public health provider for the Public Health System of Catalonia. Our area of reference is the city of Barcelona. Our institution was designed in 1991 and declared a welfare institution by the Catalan Government in 1995. We offer a comprehensive an integrated care model, and we have become a global reference in the treatment and management of patients with cognitive disorders. FACE’s day care services function as an alternative to hospitalization or institutionalization for dementia patients. Those include a Day-care Center for patients with late-onset dementia and a Day Hospital for patients with early-onset dementia.

Spominčica – Alzheimer Slovenia with its local branches (10), was established in 1997. It is a non-governmental organization with a status of humanitarian organization, aimed at providing help and support to persons with dementia and their carers, raising awareness and de-stigmatization of dementia. Through our activities we focus on meeting the growing needs in this field in our society, especially among those living with dementia at home and needs of their families. “Living with dementia in dementia-friendly environment”, our program is aimed to providing support, information and training for persons with dementia and their carers. Throughout Slovenia more than 6000 participants, mainly persons with dementia, their carers and professionals in the field, are involved in our activities.

FUAC is the administrative department responsible for managing research projects at the University of A Coruña (UDC).
FUAC will participate in DEDUC project through CITIC (Information and Communication Technologies Research Center), CITIC is one of the 8 research centers belonging to the Galician Research Network (CIGUS). TALIONIS Research grupo is the team spelialized in the research of asistive technologies, MOOC platforms and tecnologies for the education

Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Riba D’Ave (SCMRA) is a private institution of public administrative utility, located in the North of Portugal, between Porto and Braga. SCMRA has several health services such as emergency unit, physical medicine and rehabilitation, surgery and others clinical specialities. Also, SCMRA integrates the National Network of Integrated Continued Care (RNCCI) of Portugal and has a recent service devoted to the care of people living with dementia, the CIDIFAD which is a Center of Research, Diagnosis, Training and Care of Dementia. Considering all the healthcare services, SCMRA has approximately five hundred healthcare professionals, both from clinical and non-clinical.
